Russian Retail Growth Fund (RRGF), created by Victor Vekselberg, Aleksandr Mamut and their partners bought around 30% of Polair, producing professional refrigerating equipment for restaurants, cafes, stores. A partner of Svarog Capital Advisers (former Renova capital), managing RRGF, Mikhail Stukalo and owner of Polair Aleksey Kovalchuk informed of the deal. According to them, the fund invested in the company about $40mln, the Kommersant newspaper said.
